EAUI: Can't rename Resources

There seems to be NO provision to rename Resource items (such as RTF style templates or RTF Documents) once created.

Interestingly, if (in frustration) you decide to change the repository directly, the Templates list on the Generate dialog, gets the updated (DB) values while the Resources window doesn't, thereby indicating (at least) two independent paths to the data!  This is a design "smell".

This is a particularly bad kind of smell. The kind that indicates something will suddenly become toxic at a future time of its choosing. [For example, on delivery to the client just in time for the presentation to the leaders of your intended new market segment.]
