date diagram created

after updating to version 9.3 the date a "diagram created" is fixed to 11/19/2005  :( how I may change this strange behavior?

Tongue in cheek, all dates in American format are strange. (See ISO 8601)

Well, one could have the idea to put the hour in between century and millennium like 11/19/2:05:012 AM followed by seconds:minutes and probably encoded in base64?
