LOST LINKS BETWEEN CLASSES

Hello We are in need of assistance due to a problem that occurs in our environment.
Our scenario is as follows:
• We work with EA in a team of six analysts.
• Do not use the database to control the elements of the EA.
• We use TortoiseSVN to access control and versioning.
The problem is this: we often miss links between classes or even links that had been deleted reappear.
Has anyone experienced this problem or have a tip that can help us?

This is unfortunately a non-trivial case. For exactly that reason we have stopped using version control and switched to using a central database with locking (require user lock to edit) and nightly snapshot.
