Script to dissassociate version control

Hello,

At my company, our EA models are backed by a SQL Server DB and also use VSS to control content at a package level.  It's common for us to make a local copy (EAP) file to share with our customers.  Does anyone know of a way to quickly strip out all references to package control / version control without having to go package by package through the model?  

Woud the add-in API support something like this?
