Implementation Details missing in 9.3?

I upgraded from 9.2 to 9.3 (build 931) and when I went to bring up the Implementation Details dialog that used to be under Project\Documentation from the menu bar, it is now missing.  I confirmed my colleagues still have access to it in 9.2.

I also noticed Testing Details is missing as well as couple of other items that used to be in that menu.  We use those two (implementation details and testing details) quite often.

Has this feature been moved or depricated?  If moved, does anyone know where -- I checked through all of the menus and context menus (right click) and could not find them.  Do I have something configured wrong?

Please help or fix!

I wonder how upgrading resulted in those options in Workspaces being unchecked -- wierd!

I whined about that elsewhere in the forum. When you install 9.3 EA asks to reduce the menu in a dialogue. You don't notice that really and you don't expect the result. You're just baffled when you don't see your menu entries. Personally I'd shoot the guy which had this superb idea.
