Baseline Window does not open

I'm running version 8.0.855 of Enterprise Architect with an svn source library. We would like to use the Baseline, but when launching the "Manage Baselines" menu action on a model or package, nothing happens. The baseline window does not open. Is there soem configuration or setup to be done for it?
