having problem with order by share-it

Hi


I tried to  buy a professional Edition of EA a few days ago .However,  after a couple of  days, I received more than  25 emails  (that are attached to this email) from share-it , I have not got any result yet!

now what should I do ?

Send a mail directly to Sparx sales support and/or share-it.

I once (2003) bought via share-it (and extend yearly) with no problems.

I sent email to CEO admin support sale in order to resolve my problem.However,I haven't got any respond after one weak.
I have received more than 31 email from share it ( they imply that they will answer after 4 hours  ;D)

Have you sent an email to [email protected] explaining the situation?

I can hardly believe that they would let you wait a month without an answer.

Well, bought 4.6.2011, today 18.6.2011. That's 14 days, not a month...

However, I usually have faster response from Sparx (within a few days).

I have checked with our sales team - they have tried replying several times to your emails.  If you have not received them, perhaps check your mail filters.  I believe our guess is that the order has not yet been paid for in full.  While our sales team might be able to assist in part, I believe the transaction is primarily handled by ShareIT, not us.  You may be best to contact shareIT directly to resolve any outstanding issues with your purchase order and transaction.
