Missing entries in "Settings" menu

Hello,
when I open the "Settings" menu in EA Ultimate, I get only a part of the entries that are supposed to be there, e.g. the "Project Types" entry is missing, just like several others. This happens on my Win7 x64 machine; when I use EA on an Win7 32 system, everything is fine. Same version of EA (9.3.934; happened under build 933, too), same license. No test version previously installed or something. "User Not Qualified" error or are there faulty presets I could delete or ...? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance!

Sorted - an incomplete command set was set. I have chosen "Complete" in menu View->Workspaces and Commands->Commands. That did the job - though I can't remember to have changed this setting some time from "complete" to something else.
