How to make a replica to a design master?

We work with the EA corporate 9.1 in a team. We made a design master  and each devolper has its own local replica. By a mistake some time ago a replica was copied to the central folder. Some month we synchronized replicas with the replica in the central folder.

How can we make again a design master to generate new replicas for new team members? We tried to make a new project an copy the packages, but the copying-function of the ea loose some components in the diagrams. Has anybody an idea?
