Slow access with RaQuest at MS SQL Server

Hi,

I use EA and RaQuest with MS SQL Server and I encounter some problems.

When RaQuest starts, the downloading of the data from the data base is a bit log (5-6minutes).

Whereas when EA starts, the load is very fast (almost imediate).

Is it normal or something is going wrong ?

Thank you very much for using RaQuest.

Taking some time to open a RaQuest file is an issue of RaQuest at the moment.

Enterprise Architect displays only a part of Project Tree when opening a file. Whereas RaQuest displays List at file opening.  This causes RaQuest to take some time to read a lot information from a project when opening a file.

We will improve RaQuest to open a file more quickly.

However, the slow opening may be caused by some other reasons, so please could you take a log by the following steps and send it to RaQuest support ([email protected])?

- Launch 'Start -> RaQuest -> Execution Log Viewer'
- Start RaQuest
- Open a file
- Store the detail information by 'File -> Save As' of Execution Log Viewer
