RTF Diagrams not scaled as specified

I am using the RTF generator to export sequences diagrams to a Word document. Most sequences can be scaled to 1 page without becoming unreadable. Regretfully some sequence diagrams are too big and become unreadable. So, I used the diagram option to custom scale to more pages (eg 1 wide 2 tall). The check box (Divide diagram into multiple pages) is also checked, but the result in not like I expect.

Problem:
-      Some diagrams are scaled like specified but the diagram-parts(pages) are printed on one page as small unreadable images.
-      Others are printed as specified

I cannot find a different setting between the diagrams, although they are printed differently. Does anyone know who I can solve this problem?
