BPMN Model Validation

Environment:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit, English, 8 GB memory
EA:  9.2.922, Build 922, Unicode, DB Version 7.0  - Jan-31-2004

Issue:

BPMN Model Validation doesn't work correctly.


Description:

1) Open the built in BPMN Model "Book Lending Example"
2) Remove the very firest Activity "Receive Book Request" - the model becomes invalid.
3) Choose Menu "Project", "Model Validation", "Validate Selected" (Ctrl+Alt+V)
4) Result: Validation complete - 0 error(s), 0 warning(s)      

5) Expected: any errors...

Remarks: the here  http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/modeling_languages/bpel_model_validation.html mentioned BPEL Rules is not in the List "Model Validation Configuration"
