EA crashes on Project Transfer from .EAP to DBMS
« on: October 04, 2012, 12:31:26 am »
Hi,

In my company we have an issue with transfering project from EAP file to DBMS SQL Server.

It always crashes. No matter where is the SQL SERVER database is located or which EAP file do we use. It even crashes trying to transfer EAExample.eap file to SQL SERVER data base.

We have tried different SQL SERVER databases in differents networks locations (intranet, and even in localhost). We have also tried different versions of SQL SERVER (2005, 2008)

We have also tried to use different SQL SERVER drivers included in EA.

Nothing works. It always crashes, and we get the same error; something about network problem..

Could you please help me?
Thank you very much.  :)

I just missed the step: execute the SQL script to create the basic model structures...
I just guessed that structures would be created "automatically". :-?
