not able to connect to mssql server from EA

Hi,

We have EA installed with mssql with LDAP authentication. I have my User ID configured in LDAP and mssql server , but when I try to login I getting "unknown user/wrong password" error. Please suggest some solution.

We use EA with SQL server and windows authentication and I've never seen such an error.

Without more details I doubt if anybody is going to be able to help you.

If I were you I would contact sparx support directly.

It would be helpful to me if you  can share the steps that need to be followed to connect to mssql server with LDAP authentication.I will cross check my steps and will correct it.
