Doesn't Hyperlinks work in classifier note?

Hello,

I created a class with a hyperlink to file and Diagram in its note. The Hyperlink looks pretty well with blue and underline.

The only problem is that there is no action after clicking on the Hyperlink.

The query of the note shows:
