Font settings for ReportTemplate/Table of Contents
« on: November 20, 2012, 01:02:09 am »
Hello all,

in EA 9.1 I have an issue with the font formatting of the autogenerated table of contents for the RTF report. I apply a custom font in the template but when the placeholder gets rendered, Arial is used in the generated document anyway.

Does anyone have a solution? Is it just me or a known / fixed issue?
I have no possibility here to install the newest beta so I cannot check if this has been fixed in newer releases.

Cheers

let me check, you
changed the ToC style (or styles) in normal.rtf using word outside of EA.
You updated your Resources | Document Templates | Global
EA template using "File Update Styles" or "Import"?

or you changed it using the RTF editor?

Sorry for the late reply. I thought I had checked to be notified of answers but - I didn't, so I wasn't.

In fact, I did edit the style using the built-in RTF editor.

Hello
I use EA9.3 and I got same problem with Thai fonts.
I cannot see custom fonts (Thai font) in built-in RTF editor
So I changed normal style in normal.rtf according to skiwi suggestion.
Then generate document and view via EA, it show correct font (Thai font).

But when I open file via window explorer with Microsoft Office 2010, it display another font (not my custom font) in the generated document.
While I open the same file with LibreOffice it display corrected-font.

Does anyone have any solution?
