Open all diagrams at start up
« on: March 17, 2013, 05:22:14 am »
How do I configure EA so that when I open a project all the diagrams are open?  I know that it's possible, because I managed to do this with an earlier project.

Thanks for your help.

- Open all the diagrams you need
- View/Personal Tasks/Working Sets
- Create a new set
- Include all the diagrams
To open just dbl-click the set.
I don't know if there's a way to open it automatically at startup.

Thanks for your help.  Do you have any idea where 'personal tasks' is?  It's not on the 'view' menu in my version (9.3.935).

Under 9.3 it's called Personal Information.

That's it!  You then right-click 'apply when model opens' and all the diagrams in the working set open when you open the project.  It's a pity that it's not documented as 'start-up options', which is where most people would look.

Thanks very much for your help.
