QA Dependency Report - Internal Application Error

I would like to get the Dependency report in a table (so that I can later Filter for the Relation). I achieved this using ‘QA Reports and Metrics : Dependency Details’.
When I try to Save the report using ‘Save Report’ button it pops up an error window stating ‘Internal Application Error’.

Could you please let me know how can I get rid of the same.
