SaveControlledPackage doesn't use ALL settings

Help file says:
SaveControlledPackage ( string PackageGUID)

 Saves a package that has been configured as a controlled package, to XMI. Only the package GUID is required, Enterprise Architect picks the rest up f
rom the package control information.

Parameter:

· PackageGUID: String - the GUID (in XML format) of the package to save
However, it doesn't use the values in the controlled package information - specifically, the log file (and most importantly, the include sub-packages) values.
