How to view RTL editor menu bar

How do I turn on the RTF editor menu bar?
This would save me having to right click every time.
And, can I make it sticky, ie have the RTF editor menu bar display every time by default?

I've never come accross any such ability to do what you are after in all the years I have worked with EA.

Although I now advocate documents be stored outside of EA and write url's into my artificats and documents where they are stored on shared drives or sharepoint and use MS Word to edit to control versions.

Sounds like a FR to me mate!
