EA.exe keeps crashing

Hi,
we are using Enterprise Architect 10 Corporate Edition. On one PC we have problem that aplication is crashing almost 10 times every day. We have tried to reinstall application but it did not help. In Event Viewer Application log there is lot of errors:
The program EA.exe version 10.0.0.1007 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

I haven't seen much similar threads here. Probably you should contact Sparx support directly.

May be worth trying to disable all addins (Extensions -> Manage Addins) in that PC and see if the pattern still persists

we do not use any addins. any other suggestions?

Was there a trial edition / older version installed before in that system?
Is it to do with a particular project? or any project in general?
Is there a recurring pattern before the crash?

Anyways as @qwerty has mentioned, best to write to support with steps to  get it investigated further
