MS Visio importer for EA 6.5Beta

has anyone tried the the Visio importer? Write pls your feelings, is it satisfying your expectations? What is / is not working, ...

What I am interested most in is import of GUI, we do our webforms in Visio and we would like to make it "alive" in EA. Any sugestiostions? I cannot move on with the import.

I tried it on a newly created class diagram with one class. It didn't work. I submitted a bug.

This may be a stupid question, but where do I find the Visio import add-in? It does not appear on my 6.5 Build 797.

The add-in is in beta stage, so I it is released for testing only. And I cannot find where do I have it from...  :-/

The page for the new beta add-ins seems to have disappeared. My old reference for the page brought up only the two add-ins that were in beta 2.

Checking the previous page for the BPMN add-in, there seemed to be no change. I downloaded the file and verified through the internal version that this is the pre-6.5 version.

Bottom line is, three of the new add-ins for 6.5 have popped out of existance. We'll have to hope Sparx gets them up - in beta or release versions - in the immediate future.

[For me this is an immediate concern, as I only noticed after going to build 797, and need to have one of the add-ins working today.]

If you are a registered user, simply login and you'll see the Visio beta link under the second heading "Beta products released".  Yes - it appears the Visio add-in is still beta.  (I can't find it anywhere in the EA download section)

Sparx quickly restored the link once I reported the problem.
