Sequence Diagram Lifelines
« on: March 20, 2014, 06:40:31 am »
Is there a way to move the sequence diagram lifelines vertically, up and down.  They currently can be moved horizontally.

Thanks
John

When I drag place a lifeline on the sequence diagram, the lifeline is placed near the top of the page.  I would like to pull the lifeline down a little so that I can put text at the top of the diagram without writing over the top of the lifelines.

holding down the alt button while I select and then try to pull down the lifeline does not seem to work. I still can only move the lifeline to the left of right...not up and down.  I know how to shorten or lengthen a lifeline...I want to move the whole object down on the sequence diagram.

thanks in advance
John

If you right-click in empty space on the diagram, there is a command "Set Top Margin" that might help you. There is no way to move individual lifelines down.

Except sending it a "new" message.
