Moving eap to different location

yet windows authenticaion is disabled AND the flag is left enabled (ticked).

How, in 10, do you re-enable windows authentication
(and where is the documentation now)!

I guess it was moved.

Please note that in EA 10 the windowns authentication flage is no longer turned off.
