EA 11 RTF editor list style with bullets

In EA 11, using the RTF editor, I can't see how to specify a list style with bullets?

Don't click the drop-arrow on the toolbar.  Just click the main button next to it labeled "Toggle Bullets".

Or you can also right-click in the editor and select Paragraph | Bullet.

Thanks, I was trying to edit a list bullet style.

Perhaps a feature request to fix this.
