I'd say that Google docs isn't handling metafiles with the MM_ANISOTROPIC mapping mode correctly.

Feel free to report it to google.

What are the chances of that?

OTOH I have loaded and converted many documents and images into Google over the years.
This is the only time I have had a problem with images loading oddly.

Sparx is bigger than I am, perhaps it would be better if the approach came from Sparx, in order to make EA generated documents work in the Google cloud.

PS another odd thing is that the notes text in some of the entities is not reversed.

Unfortunately, that's the nature of metafiles. Every different implementation renders them differently. Some implementations are broken.

Historically we had an option to optimize our output for OpenOffice. One of the key things that this did was to use bitmap images instead of metafiles. That has the side effect of significantly increasing the size of the generated document. But that's your workaround.

If it's impacting you, then report it.
