Communication Diagram auto-reordering of messages

Hello,

We are having problems with communication diagrams on EA 10 build 1008.
As we do a diagram from scratch, the order of message flows work fine. However when we have to change order of messages at a later stage they keep being reordered in an unexpected way. Often the "Sequence Communication Messages" window displays a different numbering/flow of messages from the diagram itself.

Can anyone help us with this?
