Not able to perfrom DB schema import

Hi,

While importing the Database got the message  "Unable to obtain table information".  Not able to find out what's the cause ?

Using:  Database Engineering >> Import DB schema through ODBC.

Installed Oracle 11g and created ODBC DNS through Oracle driver.
EA version = 11
ODBC Test connection is successful.
Also tried various Oracle schema... like system but no luck.

I also tried DBA Role but no luck... Any specific permission I have to give it Oracle user?

have you spoken to your own DBAs?
Can you query the database yourself from your desktop>
