Java API Sample raises error code 0x80040154

I'd like to analyze our eap models by means of the Java API.
When trying to create a Repository object, I get an unhandled exception: Failed to construct object. Error code: 0x80040154

I am using EA v11, jdk1.7.0_71 , 32 bit version, on a windows 7 laptop.
And I put the SSJavaCOM.ddl into the <WINDOWS>/SysWOW64 directory. An of course the eaapie.jar is part of my classpath.

I can provide more information about my setup, if you tell me wta you need.

Any help to solve my problem is highly appreciated!
