Diagram has been modified by another user occures

I'm working with my EA file repository alone (100%).
Sometimes I get error "Diagram has been modified by another user" and my changes discarded - that's very anoying.

Why does this message appear? And how to escape it?

That might happen if you use a script/add-in that does not refresh the open window correctly.
