duplicate ports
« on: February 09, 2015, 06:57:35 pm »
I have a strange problem with EA. When I add a port to a component that is used in the project it duplicates all of the ports that are on the component. It's like EA adds the component agian and even if it's allready in the project. Someone experienced this problem yet and knows how to fix it?

Haven't heard something like that, but you should state your EA version.

You should try with a newer version. Meanwhile we had V10 and V12 is in front of the door. You could always test with a demo version if your license ran out. Simply rename your current EA program folder and install the new version. You can go back by deleting/renaming the newly installed EA program folder and renaming the old one back.

Then you have to live with it. You wouldn't expect Mickeysoft to ship a bug fix for WinXP?
