Missing Database Builder and Schema Composer

Just upgraded EA Professional from version 11 to 12.0.1208. When I select the Tools menu, I don't get the options for Schema Composer or Database Builder (I do get the option of creating a new Database package, though).

Could there be a problem with the product or does the Professional Edition not offer these features?

Note: I've uninstalled and reinstalled the product with the same result.

The Database Builder and Schema Composer features require EA Corporate edition or higher.  They are not available in EA Professional edition.  For comments regarding the reason, see:

Sorry for the confusion.  Will see if we can make this requirement more clear in the help and on the edition comparison web page.
