Installing EA 11 on windows

Hi

I have earlier installed EA 9 and after uninstalling EA 9 and try to install EA 11, but the installation crashes and I get "Error 136 The specified account already exists"
 :(
Is there any quick fix ?

I've never heard of that error before, so sorry, no quick fix from me.
Have you contacted Sparx support yet?
