TFS 2012 and EA version 11

We are using Sparx EA version 11 with Team Foundation server 2012.  We are able to check files out in EA, but the checkin fails.  The error says "the associated file '' is not checked out by you.  But when we look in Visual Studio, the .xml is checked out.  Sparx EA version 10 does not have this problem with TFS2012.
