surrogate "notes" after model chekin

EA12 (12.0.1212), SVN, Windows 8.1

If the chart of "use case" is open and model checkin is carried out, on a digramma there are all notes defined on other charts. In particular - notes with the name of the used expansion points (drawing I apply, legal is only 3 notes, other - bug artifacts).
And these notes can be to allocate and move, but it is impossible to remove from the chart. All notes which obviously were manually added on the chart are removed successfully.
Only copying of the chart entirely helps. On the new copy still will have only the correct notes added obviously.

The effect is observed in EA12 (12.0.1212), was also observed in EA11.
