"Mark as read" anomaly
« on: May 22, 2015, 04:43:46 pm »
When I was last in the forum (about 2 years ago)  when I marked a section "as read" it stayed "read".

Now it doesn't.  Is it just me or is this a real problem?

I thought it might be because I'm now using Chrome, but it's under IE also.

TIA,
Paolo

Hmm..  From memory I think that's a bug in YaBB.  Clicking the "Mark as Read" button in a specific board I think marked all others as unread?  Maybe try going to the top level of the forum and click the "Mark all as read" instead.

Thanks Aaron (hello again),

That works better - but ONLY as a Work-around...

We live with that workaround since those 2 years. Quite some things to remember you each day....
