Issue adding a shared registration key
« on: June 05, 2015, 03:30:47 am »
Hello All.  EA10 is installed on a user's Windows 8 Microsoft Surface.  When attempting to add a registration key I am running into an issue.  From the 'Add Registration Key' window - I click on the three dots (...) button to the right of the Shared Keystore textbox.  Instead of getting the popup window that warns you that 'EA is designed to work with a single keystore. You should return all shared keys before switching to a new keystore. Proceed Anyway?', a standard File...Open dialog window opens.  I would expect to see the 'Shared Keystore Selection' window instead.

Not sure why this is happening.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm struggling to see the error.

The method you describe:

1. Get shared key
2. Click on the elipsis (...) button
3. Navigate to the folder containing the keystore file

Is the method all my users use to connect to our keystore here.

Should you be on the "private key" tab instead?
