Adding Diagram spuriously updates Tagged Values

 Adding a Diagram to an element in a packages causes the entire package to be scanned (I believe unnecessarily, in my view).  You can see the elements being scanned at bottom right of the screen.

I reported a defect about the scanning many years ago - but so far, no change in behaviour.

But today I got hit by a double whammy!  If the Tagged Value Window (if active) it will update the tagged value list for each element as it is scanned!  IF the PRoperties and/or Notes windows are also active, they are NOT updated (as they should not be).

When the package has hundreds of elements - I have to go and get a coffee (and sometimes I have time to drink it!).

I don't always remember to close the TV window.  But then, I shouldn't have to!
