replacing a Subactivity's diagram?
« on: November 10, 2006, 04:05:59 pm »
I removed the diagram of a Subactivity.
Now, I can add a new diagram to it. But it does not automatically open when I click on the subactivity's icon in the activity diagram that contains it. How can I connect this new diagram to the icon?

Thanks in advance,
Arjen

I use such  a workaround:
Make your activity non-composite and then composite again. The link establishes well.

Hi Jan,
Thanks for your reaction.
Maybe you can elaborate a bit? What I found was "Advanced Settings/Set as composite element". Is that what you refer to?
When I tried that, this turned the subactivity into an activity. There seems, however, no way to undo that action? How can I turn the activity back into a subactivity?

Its easy - check the Advanced Settings/Set as composite element checkbox again. The former (unchecking) brakes the connection; tha later (checking) establishes new connection to subactivity.
