How to bend flows on activity diagram

Difficult to describe verbally, but I need to join a decision element at the end of a flow of activities back up several activities in the chain. The flow would go off to the right about 2 inches (sorry, we're not metric in the US yet), bend upwards 45 derees, continue about 4 inches, then bend left.  Questions: (1) I see that if "style" of the flow is "routed" rather than "direct," you can bend it; how do you set that property before creating it? (2)  I can create one 45 degree bend, how do I create more than one?

The latest release of EA has a new line style, 'custom'.  This new style allows you to create bend points where you specific them, so therefore you should be able to achieve the connector you require.
