Removing not approved elements from RTF

Hi,

Is it possible to remove all not (status) approved elements from the RTF documentation, so you can finalize this.

In general it would be also nice to create a document with only one spefic status. If it would be possible to multi select if would be even more nice.

We will look at including a filter on status in RTF generation in a future version of EA, thanks for the suggestion.
