User guide for rtf template editor?

Hi,

I have found the new rtf template editor tricky, buggy and poorly documented  :(

As concerns the documentation I have found only "Working with the RTF Generator" by Dermot O'Brian in Sparx resources page. This helped with some clues but still - the very first example template (page 11) does not work as promised in the document. The child elements are not included in rtf output :-(. And the document covers only small part of the subject...

Does anybody know where to find a user documentation for the rtf template editor?
