How to specify the database

The user's manual (pp 324) shows a database entry on the Table > Table Detail tab.
I'm not seeing this entry on my Table Detail tab (build 493).

Is there somewhere else I should be setting the database?

I found it. Entry got moved from the Detail Tab to the General Tab.
