Where is Problem Type used?

Does anyone know where is Problem Type used in?
It is not used in the Maintenance & Change Control dialog. The Type that is in this dialog are "Defect" and "Change", not "HW", "Network", etc as shown in Problem Type reference.

Hello,

The problem types reference information you are referring to is no longer used.  It was used in a very early version of EA and has remained as part of the application for historical reasons.  I think the best solution would be to hide this menu item so that you can no longer select it.
