Problem on Activity Diagrams

I am creating Acitivity Diagrams and everytime I select the Activity State icon (the lozenge shape) I get this message.

"You can't add or change a record because a related record is required in table t_diagram".

I have no clue what this is. How can I prevent this from showing up?

This is an internal error and it sounds like some information hasn't been saved correctly.  I think the easiest thing would be to send us a copy of the project (in zip format) to  [email protected]  and we will investigate the cause of the problem.
