Diagram printing problem

Hello,

I am using EA V3.11 Build 503 on Windows 2000 with a network printer.

When I print a diagram its parts at the page borders are cut off, e.g. the headings of swim lanes.
When I try to change the page set up in order to increase the non-printable border the changes are ignored. When I re-open the page setup dialog the values are resetted to 0.

Any hints?
