3.5 Beta issues with SQL Server

Ok, when running the Sql Server script, the following issues can about:

t_phase,
t_taggedvalue,
t_snapshot,

were not in the file and when importing .eap to dbms, would fail.  I'm assuming the errors that followed we're do to the these missing.  

I followed the instructions and checked the project to make sure it was clean.  Let me know if you need more data (there was no option on bug report for the 3.5 beta...)
