Change and Defect management

Hi All,

So far, I love Enterprise Architect - seems to be the best modeling and requirements management tool out there.

I see that there are some defect and change management features within the product, however I have some questions about them that the Help file isn't answering.

1) Under Reference->Maintenance->Problems...
There's a list of problem types.  Where does this list get used?  For example, for a use case, I right click and go to "Project Management->Maintenance and Change Control" and I get a new view appear.  When I create a new Defect, there isn't an area where I can select the type of problem.

2) Also, is there a way to print out all of the defects and changes that have been reported?  From what I can see, I have to go to each element to view the defects, and say "print" for each one - too tedious.
- also, there doesn't seem to be a way to generate a RTF from these element level changes/defects.
