printing html documentation
« on: December 17, 2002, 10:06:53 am »
I have created a a whole slew of logical diagrams (classes) and generated html documentation. When I print the html docs, the PNG images are too high and wide to fit on one page even though the diagram stays with the page lines in the tool. Both are landscape. The printed output of the image gets chopped on the right and bottom. I need to deliver these docs to the client today and they will freak when they try to print. What can I do?

I'd like to keep the docs in html rather than RTF. Using 3.5 Pro build 577.

Thanks,
Carol

G'day Carol,

Got a question for ya in regards to:  "...the diagram stays within the page lines in the tool."

Does that mean that printing the diagram from EA works out fine?
Cheers and best regards.

Hi Carol,

I think it's not best answer, but please try using NetscapeNavigator(7.0) or Opera(6).
Both browsers have a function to change printing zoom rate.
Especially, Navigator 7.0 has a function to fit the paper size automatically.

I hope this helps you.
