adding maintenance change & update element sta

Hi, I need change the element(class) status when a maintenance change is added.
I believe that i can do this from Automation Interface using VB..or it's possible from EA?
Any idea?

Unfortunately, maintenance changes don't invoke the EA_OnPostNewElement broadcast event, so it looks like you're out of luck on doing it automatically - you will need to provide a command and hope the user executes it.
